Who Are You:
We are looking for an ambitious individual who is innovative, forward-thinking, resourceful and a team-player to support out document control department on a part time basis. You'll need to be passionate, motivated, and exceptionally committed to your trade. Some things you will be responsible for:

  • Facilitator of the total change control process in Arena, ECO/ECR Experience
  • Familiar with New Product Development (NPD), Manufacturing and Supply Chain, New product introduction (NPI), Quality and Compliance
  • BOM Management, Change and revision control, ramp to production, Item and document management
  • Ensure all documentation from the Development team is accurate, clear, concise, and is revision controlled
  • Coordinate with the project managers, and the Operations Team
  • Provide administrative assistance to the project team
  • Mechanical Drawing knowledge

Some qualifications and skills we need you to have:

  • Associate’s degree or relevant work experience.
  • Experience working with third party manufacturers in Asia
  • Consumer electronics experience is highly desired.
  • Experience in high-volume, high product-mix manufacturing environment is a plus.
  • Sense of urgency & attention to detail.
  • Good organization, communication and follow-up skills.
  • Data entry.
  • Experience in using MS Office applications.
  • Flexible and reliable.
  • Think outside the box, not always black and white, be flexible, get your point across to a greater audience.
  • Hours can be flexible to accommodate CMs in other countries

This part-time contract role is based out of our Los Angeles HQ.

The compensation range for this role is $35-40+/hr for candidates based in Los Angeles, CA. Individual compensation is determined based on experience and skillset.
