Overview:
This role will support project execution by managing, tracking, and maintaining critical project documentation. The ideal candidate has strong experience in construction or energy project environments and is highly proficient in Procore.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain project documentation throughout the lifecycle
- Ensure proper version control, distribution, and storage of documents
- Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders
- Maintain compliance with document control procedures and standards
- Track submittals, RFIs, drawings, and project deliverables
- Support audits and ensure document accuracy and completeness
Requirements:
- 8–10 years of document control experience
- Strong proficiency in Procore (required)
- Experience with ACC (Autodesk Construction Cloud) (required)
- Experience supporting large-scale projects (construction, energy, infrastructure preferred)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
