Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily operations and ensure division performance meets strategic and contractual goals.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor business plans, budgets, and policies to support growth and profitability.
  • Lead, coach, and evaluate team members engaged in legal support work.
  • Work closely with the sales team and the records retrieval team to support client acquisition, onboarding, and retention; participate in sales presentations and strategic accounts engagement.
  • Collaborate with offshore support teams and the records retrieval team to ensure seamless execution, accuracy, and service delivery aligned with client expectations.
  • Respond to client inquiries and resolve operational issues promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal standards, and industry best practices.
  • Represent the company’s values and commitment to quality in every interaction.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, pre-law, or related field required.
  • Minimum 5 years of management experience, with 3 years in a supervisory role in a service-based or legal support environment preferred.
  • Proven experience supporting sales or business development efforts in a service-oriented environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, budget management, and process improvement.
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
  • High level of proficiency with modern productivity and workflow software.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills in a fast-paced setting.
