Group/Division

KLA is well known for its high-performing business model which routinely produces significant profit margins and revenue. Key to supporting KLA business is the finance team that partners with corporate and global business organizations to provide expertise and guidance for developing and executing sound business models and practices. The Finance organization consists of operations and corporate finance teams. The operations finance team influences business decisions by gathering the best available operations information, distilling it and making recommendations to our management team on the best course of action. The corporate team provides a broad range of services, such as financial planning, corporate accounting, tax, industry analysis and benchmarking, internal audits, SEC reporting and merger and acquisition support.

Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

This unique role will support Central Groups in Semiconductor Products and Customers offering continuous career growth and a collaborative team environment. The following are responsibilities: ​

• Support central groups worldwide including Central Engineering, AI, GCS & BD, full ownership of operating costs, partner with various business owners to understand their spending needs and the associated financial impact and key drivers.

• Work with business owners in central groups and product division leaders to determine and update allocation matrix.

• Maintain in-depth site or program financial models for forecasting and actuals tracking.

• Be responsible for monthly snapshot, quarterly close including variance analysis of actuals vs. forecasts, balance sheet review, and reconciliations.

• Build and maintain standardized monthly and quarterly management reports for business reviews.

• Supervise and develop a dedicated finance team of financial analysts.

Minimum Qualifications

• Team player with a positive attitude and strong sense of ownership

• Solid accounting knowledge and ability to apply the accounting principles to analytical work

• Must be proficient in Excel and PowerPoint

• Strong financial analytical and modeling skills

• Ability to meet deadlines, cope with the fast-pace environment, prioritize and multi-task

• Attention to details & quality of work, motivated to learn

• Build relationships with stakeholders, and solve problems independently & proactively 

• Bachelor's Level Degree and work experience of 5 years or Master's Level Degree and work experience of 3 years; or PhD and 0 years of experience

Base Pay Range: $133,300.00 - $226,600.00 Annually

Primary Location: USA-CA-Milpitas-KLA
