This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in data management tools, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Reporting and Analytics Support
- Produce and continuously improve broker dashboards and analytics.
- Develop subject matter expertise in distribution enablement platforms and enterprise reporting tools.
- Prepare detailed reports on distribution performance, including sales, market penetration, and profitability metrics.
Data Quality and Management:
- Manage broker code administration.
- S upport data quality projects, including broker attributes and hierarchies (M&A activity).
- Aggregate production, supplemental compensation, and flow metric information into templates.
Contract and Compensation Management:
- Support the execution and management of broker agreements and additional compensation payments.
- Process vendor contracts, requisitions, invoices, and allocations of expenses.
- Partner with Legal and Supplemental Compensation resources for electronic contract execution and compliance.
CRM and Pipeline Management:
- Develop and manage sales pipelines using various data sources.
- Update opportunity, contact, and campaign records for pipeline management (Salesforce).
- Support optimization of the CRM platform across Canada.
Broker Engagement and Intelligence:
- Collect broker intelligence to align growth opportunities accurately.
- Assist with broker engagement projects, including branch updates, producer agreements, and regulatory notices.
- Support ad hoc projects and strategies across the Distribution Enablement function.
- Coordinate broker-related sponsorships, including payments and assets.
- Assist with the development, implementation, and measurement of broker engagement events.
Process Improvement
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline tasks.
Collaboration
- Partner with Distribution Enablement, Data & Analytics, Underwriting, and other teams to enhance performance dashboards.
Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:
- Proven experience in data analysis, reporting, and project management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and data management tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
- Ability to work independently.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite as well as other business-related software.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- A minimum of two years of experience in the P&C insurance industry.
