Job Duties and Responsibilities
We are seeking a talented Display, OLV & CTV Marketing Lead to join our Acquisition Team. The Display, OLV & CTV Marketing Lead will be responsible for creating and implementing effective display and high impact campaigns that drive online and in-store traffic, conversions, and revenue. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with experience in managing digital display, OLV, Native and programmatic campaigns, and can work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the development and execution of all digital, OLV and native display campaigns executed by our media agency and focused on qualified customer prospecting, education and conversion
  • Lead the development of high quality creative to achieve success across all placements and parts of the funnel
  • Manage the identification and creation of new audiences and placements designed to find efficiencies and expand prospecting
  • Manage end-to-end campaigns, including planning, design, segmentation, scheduling, testing, and reporting
  • Monitor and analyze campaign metrics, such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and revenue, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization
  • Maintain and update digital, OLV and native display campaigns marketing calendar and ensure timely delivery of campaigns
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content, design, product, and development, to ensure consistent brand messaging and a seamless user experience across all display touchpoints
  • Stay up-to-date on DSP and programmatic best practices and industry trends and apply them to improve campaign performance
  • Build and manage relationships with media agency, service providers and other vendors
  • Manage budget and provide regular reports on campaign performance and ROI
  • Lead QBR events with channel and agency partners to review work and plan ahead


Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience in display marketing, preferably in a B2C environment


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of successfully managing campaigns that drive, conversions, and revenue
  • Experience with DSP/programmatic buying solutions
  • Experience managing a media agency
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills
  • Knowledge of display and programmatic best practices and industry trends

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $72,350.00/Year - $103,400.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
