Your Role:

The IT Disaster Recovery Analyst will assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining policies, procedures, and programs across CSAA in accordance with the IT Policy documents. The analyst will ensure the availability of IT resources in the event of a disaster and help provide and coordinate disaster preparedness training with respect to CSAA information technology, helping ensure business continuity. You are strategic, analytical and a conceptual problem solver with the ability to translate data and metrics into business concepts and impactful tasks.

Your work: (Essential responsibilities)

  • Supporting implementation of cloud backup solutions to ensure data integrity and availability.
  • Supporting configurations and testing of backups and replication strategies to minimize data loss and downtime.
  • Optimizing cloud storage and replication processes to enhance recovery times and reduce costs.
  • Evaluating and recommending cloud-based tools and services to improve disaster recovery capabilities.
  • Supporting implementation of immutable backups to protect against ransomware attacks and ensure data integrity.
  • Developing and enforcing policies for secure immutable backups to prevent data corruption and unauthorized access.
  • Conducting regular audits of backup and replication processes to ensure compliance with security standards.

Required Experience, Education and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in related area (Computer Science, Information Systems or other related field) or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 5+ years System documentation experience and/or technical writing
  • Ability to create non-functional requirements and translate business requirements into non-functional requirements
  • Solid understanding of development, quality assurance and integration methodologies
  • Ability to trace given transactions through a complex system and document how systems and overlapping processes interact

The national average salary range for this position is $89,910-$99,900. However, we have a location-based compensation structure. Our salary ranges vary and are calculated based on county of residence. The full [salary range] for this position across all the states we hire in is $80,820-$119,800. This role also includes an opportunity for a company-wide annual discretionary bonus, through our Annual Incentive Plan (AIP), of up to 8% of eligible pay.
