JOANY is seeking a Director of Workplace Experience & Culture that will lead all facilities and office management while keeping all employees engaged and happy.
What You'll Do
- Lead all internal operations including facilities & office management, employee engagement, and employee experience
- Create and maintain seamless and super welcomed onboarding and departure experiences of all employees
- Collaborate with the broader team to plan and implement workplace environment changes that support JOANY's culture and ensure a memorable workplace experience
- Consistently create new opportunities to bring delight into the workplace through engagement, events, and surpassing the expected
- Maintain and manage the budgets for office space build-out and remodels, as well as ongoing operating expenses
- Lead all efforts regarding office culture and event coordination including birthdays, special events, team outings, etc
- Charge of all employee resources including online employee directory, internet communication, etc
What You'll Bring
- 5+ years experience in leading facilities & office management, on-boarding & off-boarding process, employee engagement, and employee experience
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in an dynamic, entrepreneurial work environment
- Excellent leadership skills and ability to drive projects forward
- Decisive problem solver and super collaborative approach to everything
- Experience in high-tech and/or start-up preferred
