The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary leader to join our Workforce Solutions Organisation to work with our Consult business in a transformational role. This position is pivotal in aligning our delivery model with the principles of a professional services organisation. The successful candidate will lead strategic transformation initiatives, drive behavioural and cultural change, and deliver actionable insights to optimise our operating environment.

Who You Are

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the transformation of the Workforce Solutions Organisation’s to align with professional services standards 

  • through strategic collaboration.

  • Matrixed collaboration working with practices, learning, analytics, and offering teams to facilitate predictive 

  • analytics and workforce planning.

  • Analyse current organisational structures, processes, and behaviours to identify improvement opportunities.

  • Design and implement scalable operating models and cross-functional process redesigns.

  • Drive change management initiatives to embed new ways of working and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to define and track KPIs that measure transformation success.

  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations based on workforce, operational, and performance data.

  • Champion internal mobility, upskilling, and reskilling initiatives to build future-ready capabilities.

  • Enable location strategy and workforce planning in alignment with business growth and talent availability.

 

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience in leading large-scale organisational transformation within global, matrixed environments.

  • Strong background in workforce strategy, resource management, and operational excellence.

  • Develop existing programmatic initiatives using metrics and tools such as Power BI to monitor and review 

  • workforce strategy effectiveness.

  • Define and drive programmatic change, facilitate market adoption of new processes, and bridge gaps between 

            top-down strategy and bottom-up operations.

  • Expertise in change management, stakeholder engagement, and executive communication.

  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into strategic outcomes.

  • Familiarity with professional services operating models and consulting delivery frameworks.

  • Experience with AI-enabled workforce tools and KPI systems is a plus.

 

Job Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in transformation, workforce management, or consulting leadership roles.

  • Industry experience within professional services, consulting or technology consulting global environments.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Organisational Development, or related field.

  • Certifications in Change Management, Lean Six Sigma, or similar disciplines are advantageous.
