As Relyance AI’s Director of UX/UI Design, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of user interfaces for our Trust & Governance platform. You will work closely with product management, engineering, and marketing to create user-centered designs that are both effective and engaging. 

As a Director of UX/UI Design, your role will include:

  • Leading the design of user interfaces for our Trust & Governance platform.
  • Working with a team of designers and researchers to create user-centered designs.
  • Conducting user research to understand the needs of our users.
  • Creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
  • Presenting designs to stakeholders and incorporating feedback.
  • Collaborating with engineers to implement designs.
  • Staying up-to-date on the latest UX/UI trends.

This role could be a fit for you if you bring:

  • 8+ years of experience in UX/UI design.
  • A strong portfolio of user-centered design work.
  • Experience with user research methods.
  • Experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • A passion for creating user-friendly and engaging interfaces.
  • Experience in designing and building SaaS products.
  • Startup/early-stage company experience.

Bonus points for:

  • Experience with data visualization.
  • Experience with AI/ML.

We use data-driven pay practices with the goal of ensuring offerings are competitive to the market and our team members are being compensated correctly based on their roles, experience, and location. As such, the base salary pay range for this role is $180,000 to $220,000.
