Job Description

We're looking for a Director of UI Claims Operations to lead a high-performing team of Claims Managers and Hearing Coordinators. This role is important to ensuring operational excellence across client assignments, desk volume management, and compliance oversight. You'll serve as the liaison for large client implementations and sales discussions, and act as the highest point of escalation for all UI-related inquiries before involving our teams.

You will also support managers during client-facing escalations—providing strategic guidance, resolution, and maintaining a high standard of professionalism that reflects our commitment to client success. You will report to Experian's Senior Director Unemployment Cost Management.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in claims operations, client services, or related supervisory roles
  • Knowledge of UI systems and SIDES compliance
  • Excellent communication and escalation management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
