Join us as the Director of Transformation

Lead Tech Transformation, driving enterprise-wide change initiatives to achieve strategic goals. Champion operational excellence, modernize operating models, and foster continuous improvement culture.   

Responsibilities

  • Lead Enterprise-Wide Transformations: Plan and implement significant technology and business revolutions on a large scale in a complex, global company, aligning with business objectives for impactful outcomes.

  • Drive Operating Model Maturity: Lead the advancement of the Product Operating Model (POM) across our Product teams, adoption of Agile / Lean, practices for our IT teams.

  • Spearhead Generative AI Initiatives: Lead the corporate GenAI strategy for Employees by guiding the organization through a phased adoption , beginning with broad employee enablement , advancing to targeted high-value pilots with business leaders , and ultimately scaling a governed, citizen-led innovation program.

  • Champion Process Simplification: Apply Lean principles to systematically analyze, redesign, and simplify complex cross-functional processes, eliminating waste and growing efficiency.

  • Lead a High-Performing Team: Directly manage, mentor, and develop a small team of transformation coaches and practitioners. Build their capabilities while encouraging vibrant Communities of Practice (CoPs) and a powerful network of change agents to scale our transformation efforts.

  • Guide Executive Partners: Function as a trusted consultant to senior management. Formulate and deliver clear, convincing communications to secure executive-level alignment, sponsorship, and efficient decision-making.

  • Implement Outstanding Change Management: Develop thorough OCM strategies, including tailored training and communication plans.   

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in a transformation, change management, or strategic program management role.

  • A demonstrated and substantiated history of effectively guiding intricate business evolutions in organizations with more than 500 employees and annual revenues exceeding $1 billion.

  • Profound, practical knowledge in implementing Product Operating Models (POM) and growing Agile and Lean Practices.

  • Demonstrable experience leading or playing a key role in the strategic rollout of Generative AI solutions.

  • Demonstrated experience in managing individuals, showcasing a history of recruiting, nurturing, and guiding teams with direct supervision.

  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, effectively engaging and influencing senior executives.   

Preferred Qualifications

  • PROSCI Certified Change Practitioner.

  • Advanced Agile certification (e.g., Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), ICAgile Certified Expert).

  • Lean or Lean Six Sigma certification.

  • Experience within the Education Technology (EdTech) industry is a strong plus.

The full base pay range has been provided for this position. Individual base pay will vary based on work schedule, qualifications, experience, internal equity, and geographic location.  Sales roles often incorporate a significant incentive compensation program beyond this base pay range.

In this position,  you will be eligible to participate in the company’s discretionary incentive bonus program.  This position's bonus target amount, which is not guaranteed and is dependent on individual performance and overall company results among other factors, is provided below.  

25% Annual: Individual Target
$138,200.00 - $221,100.00 USD
