As a Director of Transformation Management – Insurance you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating multiple related projects to achieve strategic business objectives. You will ensure that projects are executed efficiently, on schedule, and within budget, while aligning with organizational goals. The Director of Transformation Management serves as the primary link between project teams, stakeholders, and executive leadership. In this role, you will serve as a key advisor and resource to project sponsors who have overall accountability for the programs and projects. You will ensure alignment and accurate reporting to the portfolio manager/VP of Transformation Management Office.

What you’ll do
- Develop and manage the overall program plan, including scope, schedule, budget, and resources within the insurance space.
- Coordinate multiple projects to ensure they are aligned and proceeding according to plan.
- Monitor project performance and address issues or risks that may impact successful delivery.
- Communicate progress, challenges, and risks to stakeholders and leadership.
- Manage relationships with stakeholders, ensuring their expectations are met.
- Lead and support project managers and team members, fostering collaboration and accountability.
- Implement best practices and standardized processes for program execution.
- Ensure that program deliverables meet quality standards and organizational requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement within program management processes.
This might describe you
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field
- Proven experience managing multiple complex projects or programs.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to analyze and mitigate risks and adapt to changing priorities.
- Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance expertise
- Strategic planning and execution.
- Time management and prioritization.
- Problem-solving and decision-making.
- Ability to coordinate across teams and departments.

- This role can be worked from any U.S. remote location.
- Familiarity with public company requirements, including Sarbanes Oxley and key regulations, if applicable. For SOX compliant roles, responsible for designing, executing, and documenting internal controls where they have been identified as owners to prevent errors in financial reporting, processes, and business operations. Including attestation to the completeness, accuracy, and compliance of all financial reporting data, where applicable.
