Your Impact:

The Director of Training and People Development will lead Next Health's training initiatives across the organization. This essential role blends strategic leadership with practical training, ensuring all employees have the knowledge and skills required to excel in their roles and support our mission.


What to Expect:

As the Director of Training and People Development your responsibilities will include:

- Design and implement comprehensive educational curricula for diverse employee groups, encompassing medical, operational, cultural, sales, and technology training.

- Oversee and enhance the Learning Management System to effectively serve all organizational roles.

- Develop and scale training programs to accommodate all Next Health locations, including international branches.

- Produce a variety of engaging training materials such as videos, written content, and interactive modules.

- Establish robust onboarding programs that promote rapid acclimatization, high performance, and long-term retention.

- Conduct skills assessments across the organization to identify gaps and implement targeted training programs.

- Regularly visit Next Health locations to provide hands-on training and ensure operational consistency and excellence.

- Integrate cutting-edge training technologies and resources to streamline and enhance learning experiences.

- Collaborate with department heads to develop tools and resources that support effective training and development.

- Provide personalized training sessions to employees, ensuring individual development and success.

- Cultivate an exceptional company culture focused on wellness, professional growth, and continuous learning.

- Implement and monitor training compliance and effectiveness, ensuring all employees meet and exceed training expectations.

- Champion the Next Health brand and its commitment to health and longevity in all training and development initiatives


What You will Bring:

Well qualified individuals will posses the following;

- At least 5 years of experience in training development or a closely related field, with a strong preference for candidates with multi-unit and franchise system experience.

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

- Demonstrated proficiency with Learning Management Systems and developing innovative training content.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to inspire and motivate teams.

- Flexibility to travel as needed for effective training delivery and operational assessments.

- Advanced degree in a relevant field.

- Certifications in training and development, such as CPTD (Certified Professional in Training and Development).

- Experience in the health and wellness industry, particularly in a rapidly scaling organization.

Expected Compensation

The expected compensation for this position is competitive, ranging from $105,000 to $115,000 per year, plus commission, along with additional benefits. The complete compensation package will be discussed in detail during the interview process and upon receiving an offer of employment.


Additional Information:
