Over the coming months, Sabre is working with TPG to formally separate the Hospitality Solutions business from Sabre. It is important to understand that while you will be employed by a Sabre legal entity, your role will be to support the Hospitality Solutions business, which is now owned by TPG.

Director, Total Rewards (1-2 direct reports)

We’re looking for a Director of Total Rewards to own all things global compensation and benefits. You’ll design and deliver rewards programs that are competitive, equitable, and inspire our people to do their best work — no matter where in the world they are.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead our global compensation strategy — salary structures, incentives, equity, and more.
  • Oversee benefits programs worldwide, ensuring they’re cost-effective, competitive, and valued.
  • Manage annual compensation cycles (merit, bonus, equity) from start to finish.
  • Partner with leaders and HRBPs on offers, promotions, and pay decisions.
  • Use data to evaluate program impact and guide decision-making.

What we’re looking for:

  • 8+ years in HR, with deep compensation & benefits leadership experience.
  • Proven track record running rewards programs across multiple countries.
  • Strong analytical skills with a knack for turning data into action.
  • Excellent communicator who can simplify complex concepts.
