Description

We are seeking a strategic and experienced Director of Total Rewards – Americas to lead the design, implementation, and management of compensation, benefits, and recognition programs across North, Central, and South America.

This role ensures alignment with global Total Rewards strategy while tailoring programs to regional market dynamics, regulatory requirements, and business goals. The Director will partner closely with senior HR and business leadership to attract, retain, and motivate top talent through competitive and impactful rewards programs.

In addition, this role leads the regional HRIS strategy, ensuring data integrity, system optimization, and effective use of HR systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute Total Rewards strategy aligned with global and regional priorities
  • Advise leadership on compensation, benefits, and workforce cost strategies
  • Lead compensation programs, including salary structures, incentives, and annual cycles
  • Oversee benefits programs, vendor management, and wellness initiatives
  • Ensure compliance across all Americas markets
  • Lead HRIS (Oracle HCM) governance, data integrity, and system optimization
  • Manage regional labor budget planning and tracking
  • Deliver analytics and insights to support decision-making
  • Lead and develop a high-performing Total Rewards team
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Human Resources or a related field
  • 5-7 years of proven leadership experience in Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits, or related HR function
  • Strong knowledge of compensation structures, benefits programs, and HRIS systems
  • Experience managing multi-country or regional programs (Americas preferred)
  • Analytical mindset with strong data interpretation skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities
  • Experience with Office suite software, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
