ABOUT THE TEAM

The Connected Warfare division builds systems to support global command and control missions. We create joint, time sensitive, multi domain, ubiquitous, and connected mesh ecosystems. Our ecosystem enables connected warfare with disproportional impact by connecting every robot, human, and sensor in every domain, bringing together hundreds of thousands of end points across the globe. We are the substrate that provides the source of truth for time sensitive decision, effectively transforming the way that militaries close kills chains and enable mission autonomy.

ABOUT THE JOB

We are seeking a Director of Technical Program Management to lead efforts across our Warfighter Systems business line, which brings cutting-edge technology directly to those on the front lines. Wearable tech, immersive mission command tools, and seamlessly integrated software and hardware create an ecosystem that enhances situational awareness, survivability, and combat effectiveness. From training to battlefield operations, Anduril’s Warfighter Systems organization designs tools that move at the speed of war, ensuring that soldiers are better connected, more lethal, and more resilient.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Using a strategic mindset, define objectives and manage execution of end-to-end hardware and software solutions within a matrixed organization.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Demonstrate collaborative leadership skills by building trust with your teams, customers, and peers while holding yourself and the cross functional team accountable to execute on technical business outcomes
  • Communicate effectively and with confidence when engaging with customers and Anduril leadership
  • Drive data driven decisions to exceed both internal and external stakeholder expectations and maintain quality
  • Scale the organization through process optimization and automation, enabling teams to manage their programs efficiently.
  • Continuously identify dependencies and develop mitigation strategies within and across programs
  • In collaboration with engineering, detail technical planning for proper resource allocation and alignment with strategic priorities.
  • Bring a strong sense of execution and ownership to the team
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • 10+ years of experience in technical program management and leadership
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale, complex technical programs in fast pace organizations
  • Analytical and problem-solving experience within a growth driven environment
  • Strong technical skills and fluency in software development concepts
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience with both hardware and software products and development lifecycles
  • Ability to navigate complex contractual landscapes and manage program impacts across multiple stakeholders
  • Strong technical, analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive decisions
  • Willingness to travel as needed (up to 25%)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Ability to work within organizations with minimal structure and with minimal direction
  • Proven track record in designing and implementing best practices that drive operational efficiency and sustainable growth
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical issues into business-impact insights
  • Familiarity with a defense acquisition processes, compliance, and reporting requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; Master's degree preferred
  • Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret clearance

US Salary Range
$220,000$292,000 USD

 

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full time offers; and are considered part of Anduril's total compensation package.
