What will you be doing?
The key objective of this role is to develop a formalized tech enablement strategy to bring Circana’s best technology into our clients’ solutions. Tech enablement is the bridge that connects Circana's technological potential with its real-world execution. ​At its core, tech enablement will follow a consistent approach to enable the internal teams and the client with the tools, technologies, methodologies, collaboration practices and training they need to perform their jobs more efficiently, drive transformative growth, superior experience and satisfaction.

This role will work across the combined Client Development (CDO), Alcohol Beverage & Tobacco (ABT) and Mid-Market (MM) team supporting client work streams, retailer programs, pursuits, new client implementations, renewal and retention and on-going solutions. Collaborating with Client Insights, Technology Partners, Solutions Partners, and Retail Teams, this role will facilitate the next wave of opportunity to develop automated analyses in Unify+ using Circana’s latest technologies and solutions.

Job Responsibilities
Support our clients to sell in and drive AI and enterprise-wide technology adoption across commercial sales and marketing, analytics, operations, and technology business functions.

  • Connect client needs with Circana capabilities and work collaboratively with internal partners to address the need with technology-based capabilities.
  • Leverage Client Insights teams for deep understanding of client business issues, data sources, technology, and best practice analytics, to identify use case opportunities. 
  • Drive sales cycle to build and manage pipeline and close contracts for Circana AI solutions across all CDO, ABT, MM accounts.
  • Drive sales cycle to build and manage pipeline and close contracts for Circana technology solutions across strategic CDO, ABT, MM accounts, including Private/Hybrid Cloud, Intelligence Suite, Virtual Hierarchies, Custom Dimensionality, Custom APIs and other enterprise data integration and enablement tools.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to integrate new technology into clients’ solutions.
  • Collaborate with technology team on solution positioning, training plans and use case implementation.
  • Serve as technology expert to educate clients on emerging technology and drive adoption.
  • Monitor technology solution usage, measure impact, and share best practices and success stories.
  • Serve as liaison with Corporate Circana Product Management to leverage best-in-class content.   

Partner with the Circana retail teams to leverage technology to significantly improve client experience with Circana’s Retailer Gateway Programs. 

  • Partner with Circana Gateway Value Teams to build and execute new strategies to drive value improvement through Retailer Gateway Programs.
  • Influence process improvements and the strategic application of technology across Retailer Gateway Programs to drive improvements.
  • Monitor solution usage, measure impact, and share best practices and success stories.

Enable technology across internal teams to drive efficiency, knowledge and adoption of Circana’s AI driven technology tools.

  • Serve as conduit to educate internal team members on emerging Circana technology.
  • Develop and implement internal road map to drive adoption of new technology.
  • Measure and monitor usage and impact through best practice success stories.
  • Benchmark to internal and external capabilities to continuously adapt to growing AI potential.

Requirements

  • 7+ progressive years of experience in commercial function with a premier Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) or marketing analytics company, with a focus on technology.
  • Native technology expert with strong experience and interest in technology/AI applications and solutions.
  • Experience with Circana or other syndicated data solutions or other “big data” data sets, including Retailer Gateway Programs. 
  • Experience with Circana technology tools is strongly preferred, including Unify+, Genius Script, Liquid AI, Private/Hybrid Cloud, Intelligence Suite, Virtual Hierarchies, Custom Dim, Custom APIs.
  • Demonstrated strengths in Microsoft Suite, PowerBI, Tableau, Databricks, SQL, APIs.
  • Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree a plus.
  • Degrees, training or certifications a plus: AI transformation, data sciences, data technology, computer science.
  • The ideal candidate will:

    • Convey an ability to translate vision articulated by client stakeholders into solutions.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.  An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The salary range for this role is $120K to $140K.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
