$73.90 - $118.25Major Responsibilities:
- Oversees a team focused on talent intelligence from both internal and external sources to create a repository of predictive analytics used to manage recruitment expectations and build workforce plans.
- Develops strategies to create, diagnose, and deliver TA metrics while fostering cross-functional partnerships across HR, TA and business strategy teams.
- Ensures data governance, quality and ethical usage of external talent data.
- Directs team responsible for building scalable reporting, automation and self-service dashboards for internal stakeholders.
- Leverages advanced analytics and external labor market intelligence tools.
- Identifies emerging talent markets and hotspots to guide geographic or remote hiring strategies
- Supports long-term workforce planning through supply-demand forecasting and skills gap analysis.
- Oversees team’s ability to monitor talent movements, hiring trends, organizational shifts and talent strategies among key competitors.
- Delivers executive briefings and strategic recommendations to TA, HR and operational leadership.
- Translate Talent Acquisition data into clear actional insights to support the guidance of hiring strategy initiatives.
Licensure, Registration, and/or Certification Required:

Education Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field.
Experience Required:
- Typically requires 7 years of experience in human resources with data modeling and analytical specialization. Includes 3 years of management experience in human resources.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:
- Knowledge of state and federal labor laws and regulations that influence human resources, as well as related implications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Resiliency and flexibility to deal with a rapidly changing and stressful environment.
- Excellent listening and consulting skills. Ability to develop operational partnerships, assess complex hiring issues and needs, and deliver appropriate recruiting solutions across a multiple client portfolio.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, including mentoring, coaching, training, and holding others accountable.
- Expertise in leading projects which include planning the life cycle of the project and identifying key project activities. Proven ability to develop sound proposals and successfully implement programs.
- Ability to work within a fast-paced team environment. Proven ability to meet multiple deadlines, prioritize multiple demands, and identify/solve problems creatively.
- Demonstrated ability to work and function in a complex corporate system environment. Excellent communication skills to work effectively with a variety of candidates and leadership.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suites or similar products as well as applicable human capital management/applicant tracking software.
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:
- This position requires travel, therefore, will be exposed to weather and road conditions.
- Operates all equipment necessary to perform the job.
