WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
As the Director, Talent Acquisition, you will sit on the functional leadership team for Global Enterprise Functions (Global Technology, Global Supply Chain, Corporate Functions) and report to the Senior Director, Talent Acquisition, Global Enterprise Functions. You will manage a team of Lead and Senior Recruiters as well as working across teams of Sourcers, University Relations, Diversity Programs and Talent Delivery Services Specialists. You will partner closely with Recruiting Leaders, Business Leaders, HRBPs, Talent Development, DE&I, and Talent Planning teams.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are searching for a driven and inspiring leader to join the Nike Talent Acquisition (TA) team, as our recruiting Director for Nike, Inc.’s Global Supply Chain & Operating functions. Our Global Supply Chain & Operations Functions team supports global hiring across the Nike, Converse and Jordan brands in support of Marketplace Supply Chain, Product Supply Chain, Planning, Procurement, Global Places & Services and Administration. This ideal individual must be an innovative leader who is a natural storyteller, can anticipate and create future needs, and align our business goals with Nike, Inc.’s HR strategies.

The Global Supply Chain & Operations teams are critical to powering the Enterprise Win Now strategy. We are looking for a leader who knows how to build and execute end-to-end talent strategies as well as lead and inspire a high functioning team. This leader will also lead with influencing and bring innovative practices to the team.  

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, experience or training.

  • Minimum of 9 years’ progressive recruitment experiences with experience across multiple complex global functions.

  • Minimum of 3-4 years’ proven people leader with solid track record in leading, mentoring and inspiring teammates to successes within the organization.  

  • Strong consulting capability with a proven record influencing a diverse group of business leaders on talent and HR philosophy, process and best practice.

  • Background managing and executing innovative sourcing strategies and building talent communities within unique functional skillsets.

  • Expertise and understanding of a company’s corporate functions as well as global marketplace & competitive trends.

  • Experience owning recruitment end-to-end at the executive (Sr. Director and above) level

  • Deep knowledge of recruiting practices, principles, applications and methods, including interviewing and assessment skills, Workday best-practice and DEI strategies.

  • Demonstrated flexibility, resourcefulness, and tolerance of ambiguity with a high degree of organizational awareness and ability to work across a matrixed environment.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
As our Director, you'll develop meaningful relationships to understand Nike, Inc.’s continually evolving our Global Supply Chain & Operations Functions organization. In addition, you will be responsible for the following areas:

  • Guide the team to establish Nike, Inc. as the employer of choice for emerging, diverse digital talent, interpreting data to build team and organizational strategies.

  • Integrate people, plans and end-to-end recruitment strategies to build organizational depth and structure according to needs.

  • Lead a team and focus on coaching, developing and inspiring direct reports to support their on-going career development and journey with Nike.

  • Directly lead all aspects of highly critical searches and anticipate market changes to protect the talent pipeline.

  • Navigate the complex matrix by owning the relationship with multiple global and regional Business Leaders & HR Business Partners (HRBPs).
