About the role:
We are looking for a Director of Supply Chain Systems reporting to the Vice President of Operations at OUAI. This position will lead strategic network design, integration, maintenance and advancement of all key systems that support the Operations team. The Director of Supply Chain Systems will be responsible for end-to-end system design and automation. They will lead integration of any new platforms while ensuring ongoing support and maintenance of all systems. This role will oversee development and execution of Operations IT strategy by translating business needs into technology solutions.
Requirements
What you'll do:
- Develop and maintain integration workflows across all platforms (ERP, MRP, EDI, Ecommerce, 3PL, etc).
- Implement optimization and automation to continuously improve, streamline and simplify network design.
- Oversee daily support of key systems while ensuring stability, data integrity and reliability.
- Lead cross-functional projects and implementations with both internal teams and external vendors.
- Support growing business by ensuring scalability and flexibility of all systems and platforms.
- Partner with Operations team to understand business processes and identify areas of opportunity for process improvement and to implement emerging, tech-enabled improvements.
- Present and align Systems vision to cross functional and leadership level team members.
- Identify, manage and communicate risk across Systems landscape.
- Manage vendor relationships and lead necessary Business Review meetings, as needed.
- Report metrics and establish KPI’s to measure system performance.
- Create Controlled Documents and training materials for all systems and platforms.
- Provide system training across all Supply Chain platforms, as needed.
What you'll bring:
- 10+ years of engineering experience in ERP systems, IT strategy, or solution architecture, preferably in the CPG industry.

- Strong knowledge of ERP Systems, specifically NetSuite
- Strong knowledge of EDI Integration process, TrueCommerce trading partner and Foundry platform experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of ecommerce platform, Shopify preferred
- Strong knowledge of integration technologies (EDI/API)
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office, Excel Power Query capabilities preferred
- Development and Coding experience required
- Familiarity with Contract Manufacturing, 3PL Fulfillment and Inventory Management workflows including strong knowledge of TMS and WMS systems
- Understanding of Procure to Pay and Order to Cash business processes
- Familiarity with Data Visualization
- Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle, Data Management and System Mapping practices
- Highly collaborative, working cross-functionally across multiple disciplines
- Extremely detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills and a strong sense of urgency
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong communication skills; written, oral and interpersonal
- Able to lead, motivate and develop direct reports in a highly dynamic, high growth environment
