The role

The Director of Strategic Programs will be the operational and analytical backbone of Nebius’s GTM Strategy & Operations function. This leader will oversee a team responsible for driving execution of cross-functional strategic initiatives and the development of data-driven operational frameworks. 

This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, structured problem-solving, and analytical rigor. The Director will lead the execution of cross-functional strategic initiatives—applying analytics and structured problem-solving to optimize efficiency and resource utilization across the GTM organization 

The ideal candidate brings a management consulting background and deep experience leading complex, cross-functional programs in high-tech or cloud environments. 

Your responsibilities will include: 

PMO Leadership & Team Management 

  • Build, lead, and mentor a team of program managers and analysts driving GTM initiatives across Sales, Marketing, and Operations. 
  • Foster a culture of analytical excellence, structured problem-solving, and outcome-oriented program management. 
  • Provide strategic direction and managerial oversight to team members responsible for capacity planning and operational enablement. 
  • Ensure the team applies analytical rigor and forward-looking insights to anticipate business needs, optimize resource utilization, and enable sustainable growth across the GTM organization. 

Strategic Program Leadership 

  • Oversee key cross-functional programs such as the migration from HubSpot to Salesforce, Propensity-to-Buy model, 2026 Annual Planning 
  • Translate strategic objectives into executable project plans with defined milestones, KPIs, and success criteria. 

Analytics & Problem Solving 

  • Embed analytics into every aspect of GTM program management and decision-making. 
  • Apply structured problem-solving techniques to address operational bottlenecks, resource constraints, and strategic tradeoffs. 
  • Support leadership with business case modeling, scenario planning, and prioritization analyses. 

Stakeholder Management & Strategic Alignment 

  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations to ensure seamless coordination and effective communication across functions. 
  • Translate analytical insights into strategic narratives that influence decision-making at the executive level.
  • Drive accountability and cross-functional collaboration across GTM initiatives through clear communication and governance. 

We expect you to have: 

  • 10–12+ years of experience in program management, strategy, or business operations, including at least 5 years leading teams.  
  • Strong management consulting background (top-tier firm experience preferred) or equivalent strategic operations experience in a high-growth, high-tech, or cloud infrastructure company.  
  • Proven ability to lead data-driven, cross-functional programs from concept to completion.  
  • Exceptional analytical and structured problem-solving capabilities with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.  
  • Deep experience establishing PMO frameworks, governance, and performance management systems.  
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills; proven ability to influence at all organizational levels. 

It will be an added bonus if you have: 

  •  Experience in cloud services, SaaS, or enterprise technology industries.  
  • Familiarity with Salesforce implementations and enterprise system transformations.  
  • Exposure to GTM analytics, forecasting, or segmentation modeling. 
  • Advanced proficiency with analytics or visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) is a plus.
