Job Description

Director, Strategic Partnerships (Brand Partnerships & Collaborations)

Fabletics is seeking a Director of Strategic Partnerships to drive the execution of high-impact brand collaborations and cultural partnerships that elevate the brand, expand our audience, and create meaningful moments in culture.

This role sits at the intersection of brand, product, and commercial strategy, helping bring scalable collaborations to life across fashion, fitness, and lifestyle. You will identify culturally relevant partners, structure mutually beneficial deals, and lead cross-functional execution to deliver collaborations that feel authentic, compelling, and commercially impactful.

The Director will also support celebrity partnership initiatives and contribute to licensing opportunities as part of the broader partnerships ecosystem.

This role reports to the VP, Celebrity & Strategic Partnerships.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive execution of Fabletics’ brand partnership and collaboration roadmap aligned with the overall partnerships strategy

  • Identify and develop a pipeline of culturally relevant partners across fashion, lifestyle, fitness, entertainment, and emerging culture

  • Lead negotiations and execution for mid-tier brand collaborations and strategic partnership projects

  • Manage partnerships end-to-end from concept development through launch

  • Build and maintain relationships with brands, agencies, and creative partners aligned with Fabletics’ cultural positioning

  • Develop business cases and financial models to evaluate partnership ROI

  • Partner closely with Brand, Product, Design, Merchandising, Legal, Finance, and Marketing to bring collaborations to market

  • Support execution and operational management of celebrity partnerships in partnership with the VP, Celebrity & Strategic Partnerships

  • Contribute to licensing opportunities in collaboration with the broader partnerships team

  • Monitor cultural trends and competitive activity to inform future partnership opportunities

What You’ll Bring

  • 8–10+ years of experience in brand partnerships, strategic collaborations, business development, or marketing partnerships within fashion, lifestyle, entertainment, or consumer brands

  • Proven track record executing successful brand collaborations or partnership programs

  • Strong commercial instincts with experience evaluating partnership economics and ROI

  • Exceptional relationship-building and negotiation skills

  • Experience leading cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong cultural awareness with interest in fashion, fitness, entertainment, and emerging trends

  • Strategic mindset with the ability to execute and deliver results

  • Ideal candidate brings foundational AI literacy, including experience using generative AI tools, and a proactive mindset to experiment with new technologies to drive productivity and innovation.

The annual base salary range for this position is from $133,000–$175,000. The range provided includes the base salary that Fabletics expects to pay for the role. Offered base salary will depend on factors including the scope and complexity of the role, candidate experience, subject matter expertise, and work location.
