Job Description

Fabletics is looking for a Director of Strategic Partnerships to lead the strategy, development, and execution of high-impact licensing deals and brand collaborations that elevate our brand, unlock new revenue streams, and deepen cultural relevance.

This role sits at the intersection of brand, product, and commercial strategy—owning partnerships from concept through execution. You’ll identify the right partners, structure win-win deals, and work cross-functionally to bring collaborations to life in a way that feels authentic, on-brand, and scalable.

This role will report to the VP Marketing

What You’ll Do

  • Own the licensing & brand collaboration strategy for Fabletics, aligned to overall brand and growth objectives

  • Identify, evaluate, and pursue strategic licensing opportunities across categories such as fashion, lifestyle, fitness, wellness, and entertainment

  • Lead end-to-end deal execution, including partner outreach, negotiations, contract structuring, and renewals

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with brands, IP owners, agencies, and licensors

  • Partner closely with Brand, Product, Design, Merchandising, Legal, Finance, and Marketing to ensure seamless execution

  • Develop compelling business cases and financial models to evaluate ROI and long-term value

  • Oversee the launch and ongoing management of partnerships to ensure performance against KPIs

  • Track industry trends and competitive activity to inform future collaboration opportunities

  • Represent Fabletics externally as a strategic, credible, and creative partner

What You’ll Bring

  • 8–10+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, licensing, brand collaborations, or business development, ideally within fashion, apparel, lifestyle, or consumer brands

  • Proven track record of negotiating and scaling successful licensing or brand partnership deals

  • Strong commercial acumen with experience building and presenting financial models and deal economics

  • Exceptional relationship-building and negotiation skills

  • Ability to balance big-picture strategy with hands-on execution

  • Passion for fashion, fitness, and culturally relevant brands

*Varied for retail, fulfillment and fully remote roles. 

The annual base salary range for this position is from $133,000-$175,000. The range provided includes the base salary that Fabletics expects to pay for the role. Offered base salary will be dependent on factors including the scope and complexity of the role, candidate’s related work experience, subject matter expertise and work location.
