What we’re looking for: 

We’re seeking a visionary and growth-oriented leader to architect and scale Custom Ink’s partner ecosystem. In this newly established role, you’ll drive Custom Ink’s evolution into a platform company by leading partnership strategy.

You’ll be responsible for unlocking new revenue streams, enhancing our customer experience, and influencing cross-functional priorities across the business. The ideal candidate will have:

  • 5–8+ years in strategic partnerships, channel development, or ecosystem leadership

  • Experience designing and launching scalable programs across partner types

  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills with a track record of influencing senior leadership

  • Team-building and people management experience with a passion for mentorship

  • Strong program and project management capabilities and familiarity with CRM, attribution, and partner enablement tools

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with analytical rigor and an enterprise-wide lens

Compensation:

We are committed to providing pay transparency and equitable compensation.

  • For this salaried, exempt position is $115,000-$215,000 plus a performance bonus targeted at 25% of base salary, tied to individual/company performance and continued retention. Placement within the range is determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to: knowledge, skills, years & depth of experience, and equity with internal team members. 

  • In this role, you will be eligible for equity compensation, aligning your contributions with the company's long-term success.

What you’ll do: 

In this role, you’ll define and lead the partnership strategy, with ownership over how Custom Ink unlocks growth through strategic relationships. You’ll set a vision for each partnership category, guide day-to-day execution, and lead high-impact initiatives that drive measurable results. 

  • Own & Operationalize Strategy – Define the roadmap for each partnership segment and translate high-level vision into actionable, measurable initiatives

  • Expand the Ecosystem – Identify, negotiate, and onboard strategic partners that align with Custom Ink’s growth and brand vision

  • Drive Revenue Impact – Collaborate with Sales to deliver partner-sourced growth, leveraging CRM and attribution data to refine and accelerate performance

  • Scale with Infrastructure – Develop playbooks, enablement assets, and systems to support partner engagement, lead conversion, and repeatable success

  • Lead with Influence – Serve as the executive liaison for key partnerships while empowering your team with tools, coaching, and accountability

  • Activate Cross-Functional Collaboration – Ensure smooth execution of co-marketing campaigns, storefronts, integrations, and strategic launches across Legal, Product, Marketing, and Sales

  • Pilot, Learn & Optimize – Launch test-and-learn initiatives to refine strategy, track KPIs, and report insights that shape long-term decisions
     

How you’ll be measured: 

In this role, you will own KPIs for category performance, team development, and partner-led revenue, driving results through the following KPIs:

  • Revenue growth driven by partnerships and performance to weekly top-line goals

  • Volume, quality, and conversion of partner-qualified leads and outbound initiatives

  • Execution and outcomes of joint events, campaigns, and co-branded efforts

  • Acquisition of new customers and vertical performance impact

  • Team development, engagement, and leadership effectiveness

  • Strategic impact on GTM and executive decision-making via partner insights
