The Director of Strategic Partnerships will develop global partnership strategies, negotiate contracts, manage projects, and collaborate across departments, meeting quarterly goals.
We’re looking for an exceptional individual contributor to develop and grow our partner ecosystem. As Jupiter Intelligence’s Director of Strategic Partnerships, you will develop, manage, and expand our global partnerships. Ideally, you bring experience in partnership development, data, and analytics, as well as knowledge of the climate impacts on risk for all organizations. This position is a remote role and will report to the Global Head of Sales.
What You Will Do
- Develop and implement a global partnership strategy for the company to expand our products access across key verticals.
- Negotiate contracts with current and prospective partners.
- Manage multiple projects and complex product integrations.
- Coordinate Partner sales training and keep all partners up to date on Jupiter Intelligence's product innovations.
- Collaborate with Jupiter Intelligence's Sales, Product, Marketing and Technology teams sharing critical insights from all Partner interactions.
- Meet quarterly revenue goals and objectives.
- Build and manage reporting of partnership activity against KPI's to measure the effectiveness of our partnership program.
- Regularly update leadership and relevant teams on current strategic plans,, activities, and overall results.
- Travel required as needed in support of business development efforts, including short notice.
- Represent Jupiter Intelligence at industry conferences and events.
What You Will Bring
- Candidates should have a diverse exposure to partnership types including but not limited to GSIs, Boutique Consultancies, Insurers, Executive relationships and the Investor Communities
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and relationship building skills at all organizational levels, especially C-Suite.
- Outstanding negotiation skills and experience independently structuring and leading complex Partnership Agreements.
- Demonstrated success working cross functionally with multiple business units to achieve organization-wide goals.
- Ability to work effectively in fast growing, highly collaborative environments.
- Experience in a growth-stage startup preferred.
What Makes You Stand Out
- Bachelor's degree required / Master's degree considered a plus.
- 7+ years of experience selling groundbreaking SaaS solutions, data analytics and technologies at enterprise level.
- 5+ years of experience developing and managing strategic partnerships with leading industry organizations.
- Experience working within Climate / Sustainability / Risk focused companies considered a plus.
