JOB DESCRIPTION

FOX One is FOX’s direct-to-consumer streaming app within Tubi Media Group that unifies live and on-demand news, sports, and entertainment into a modern, seamless experience. ABOUT THE ROLE
The Director of Strategic Partnerships and OTT Growth will play a pivotal role in shaping FOX One’s trajectory as a leading streaming service. This leader will be responsible for setting the vision and strategy for how FOX One collaborates with device and platform partners to drive subscriptions, engagement, and revenue. By leveraging partner ecosystems, negotiating premium placements, and unlocking joint marketing and innovation opportunities, the director will ensure FOX One is optimized and visible across all key platforms. The role requires a forward-looking strategist with the ability to inspire cross-functional collaboration, deliver measurable growth, and elevate FOX One’s presence in a highly competitive streaming landscape.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
As a strategic leader, you will set the vision for how FOX One partners with platforms and devices to drive growth, ensuring our app and content are positioned for maximum impact. Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop and execute strategic initiatives with device partners to drive user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth for FOX One.

  • Manage and strengthen relationships with platform and device partners, ensuring FOX One’s app and content are optimized, visible, and positioned for maximum impact across their ecosystems.

  • Negotiate and secure value-added editorial placements both on and off platform to increase awareness and strengthen FOX One’s brand presence.

  • Leverage partner marketing channels to amplify FOX One campaigns and extend reach across mobile, CTV, and SmartTV platforms.

  • Collaborate with Brand, Analytics, Digital Studio, Product, Sales & Distribution teams on integrated campaigns and platform initiatives.

  • Provide strategic thought leadership in the evolving OTT space, aligning internal teams and external partners to deliver growth-driven outcomes.

  • Develop long-term partner strategies, including co-marketing roadmaps and joint innovation initiatives, to deepen relationships and unlock new growth opportunities.

  • Lead cross-channel marketing initiatives, ensuring cohesive execution in partnership with in-house creative teams.

  • Act as an escalation point for partners to resolve technical, business, or operational issues.

  • Prepare strategy documents, performance analyses, and executive-level presentations that highlight growth opportunities and results.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • Bachelor’s degree.

  • 10+ years of experience in marketing, partnerships, or related roles within the media/entertainment or tech industries.

  • Deep understanding of digital media and branded content’s role in user growth.

  • Strong account management skills with proven success managing complex partner relationships.

  • Experience developing and executing multi-platform partnerships.

  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams.

  • Analytical mindset with strong data interpretation skills; highly data-driven in decision-making.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

  • Strong relationship-building skills with both internal and external stakeholders.

  • Entrepreneurial and problem-solving mindset.

  • High level of collaboration skills and ability to influence cross-functional teams.

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.

  • Comfort with emerging streaming technologies and ability to adapt strategies in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $128,000.00-228,000.00 annually. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
