Director of Strategic Partnerships and Enterprise Growth 

Location: Remote – United States 


RD Nutrition Consultants is seeking a strategic, results-driven
Director of Strategic Partnerships & Enterprise Growth to drive national expansion across the healthcare continuum.

This senior role is responsible for identifying, developing, and closing large-scale healthcare partnerships and multi-facility agreements. The ideal candidate has a strong background in healthcare enterprise sales and a proven ability to engage executive-level decision-makers.

This position reports to the COO and collaborates with Account Management, Inside Sales, and leadership to secure high-value partnerships that drive long-term revenue growth and national expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

Enterprise Business Development

  • Identify and pursue enterprise healthcare opportunities nationwide
  • Build relationships with executive decision-makers (C-suite, clinical, operations)
  • Manage full sales cycle: prospecting → closing
  • Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and forecasting in CRM

Strategic Partnerships

  • Develop partnerships with healthcare systems and multi-facility operators
  • Secure long-term service agreements across multiple locations
  • Position RD Nutrition Consultants as a strategic partner for RD services

Executive-Level Selling

  • Lead high-level discussions with healthcare leadership
  • Communicate value of RD services in:
    • Workforce support
    • Regulatory compliance
    • Patient outcomes
    • Cost efficiency
    • Telehealth/hybrid care models
  • Negotiate complex contracts

Growth Strategy & Market Expansion

  • Identify new markets and high-value opportunities
  • Contribute to national business development strategy
  • Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape

Collaboration & Industry Presence

  • Partner with internal teams to align sales efforts
  • Support lead generation and smooth client onboarding
  • Represent the company at industry events


Requirements

Required:

  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare business development, enterprise sales, or strategic partnerships
  • Proven success closing complex or multi-facility healthcare contracts
  • Experience selling into healthcare organizations (hospitals, skilled nursing, behavioral health, CROs, etc.)

Preferred:

  • Experience selling to C-suite healthcare leaders
  • Experience with private equity-backed or high-growth healthcare organizations
  • Understanding of clinical services, regulatory compliance, and healthcare operations
  • Experience with pricing strategy and contract negotiation
