Thought Leadership: Developing content to establish the executive as an industry expert, including op-eds and, social media, and conference content.
Message Development: Crafting narratives, speeches, social captions, and presentations that align with voice and company goals.
Internal & External Comms: Creating internal updates, Q&As, town hall scripts, and managing external media relations or press releases.
Strategic Coaching: Advising the executive on communication strategy, media training, and presentation delivery.
Stakeholder Management: Building relationships with partners, journalists, and internal teams. Pitch stories, secure interviews, and manage press placements across print, digital, broadcast, and podcasts.
Media Relations: Monitor media coverage, public sentiment, and emerging issues in real time. Lead crisis communications efforts including rapid response. Advise on sensitive issues, or breaking news affecting the public figure. Coordinate messaging across teams to ensure consistency and accuracy.
Operations & Coordination: Manage press and appearance calendars, embargoes, exclusives, and media logistics. Prepare executive for interviews, appearances, and press events. Track KPIs, media impact, and publicity outcomes.
Experience: 15+ years in corporate communications, PR, or executive-level communications in the Business, Fashion or Entertainment industry.
Skills: Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills; ability to work at pace.
Attributes: Speed, agility, high discretion, strategic thinking, and the ability to influence.
