We are seeking a Director, Agency Team Lead to join our growing team focused on strategic partnerships with leading health agencies. This people manager role is responsible for managing individual contributors focused on specific agency accounts, consulting on data and measurement solutions, and driving revenue growth across IQVIA Digital’s portfolio. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of the healthcare marketing ecosystem and a passion for developing talent.

Essential Job Functions: 

  • Manage relationships with one or multiple health agencies, serving as the primary point of contact 
  • Navigate complex agency structures to identify and engage key stakeholders across functions 
  • Consult with agency partners to align IQVIA’s data, measurement, and audience solutions with client needs 
  • Drive revenue growth across Media OS, Measurement, DTC, and HCP Audiences 
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and execution of solutions 
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the health data and measurement landscape 
  • Represent IQVIA Digital at industry events and with agency leadership to build awareness and trust 
  • Lead and develop a team of individual contributors 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree required 
  • Minimum of 8 years’ experience in digital marketing, healthcare advertising, or data-driven consulting 
  • Proven success in managing agency relationships and navigating complex organizational structures 
  • Strong understanding of healthcare data, measurement, and audience targeting solutions 
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills 
  • Experience leading and developing a team

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $111,200.00 - $309,800.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
