We're looking for an experienced Director of Software Engineering to lead multiple global engineering teams, shape our technical strategy, and drive the delivery of modern cloud-based software solutions. What You'll Do
  • Lead and develop multiple software engineering teams across global locations, fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture.
  • Drive the technical execution of our SaaS product portfolio while aligning engineering priorities with business objectives.
  • Partner closely with Product Management, Architecture, and other business leaders to deliver customer-focused solutions.
  • Champion engineering best practices, Agile development, DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud-native technologies.
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop engineering leaders while supporting career growth across the organization.
  • Establish KPIs and OKRs to measure team performance, delivery quality, and operational excellence.
  • Manage engineering budgets, resource planning, and organizational growth.
What You'll Bring
  • 10+ years of software engineering experience, including 5+ years leading engineering teams.
  • Experience managing distributed, multicultural engineering organizations.
  • Strong background building and delivering cloud-based SaaS applications (AWS and/or Azure).
  • Expertise in Agile software development, DevOps, CI/CD, microservices, and modern software architecture.
  • Proven ability to build, coach, and inspire high-performing engineering teams.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence technical and business stakeholders.
  • Experience with AI/ML technologies or regulated industries is a plus.
