Job Summary

Job Description
Responsibilities:
  • Leading the development and execution of software strategies to align with organizational goals
  • Defining coding standards and frameworks for application development across various platforms
  • Directing a large team in creating innovative software and web applications, while ensuring ongoing support for existing solutions
  • Managing the rollout of software releases and updates, ensuring seamless implementation across the organization
  • Collaborating with managers to meet project deadlines, specifications, and budgetary constraints, while developing performance metrics
  • Reporting on project progress and managing large-scale budgets to meet financial targets
  • Researching and integrating new coding technologies and practices to enhance development efficiency
  • Partnering with other engineering teams to adopt practices that support organizational objectives
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Salary:
Primary Location Pay Range: $172,261.10 - $258,391.65
Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. The application window is 30 days from the date job is posted, unless the number of applicants requires it to close sooner or later.
Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a Bonus.
