You'll partner with teams internally and externally to spotlight our one-of-a-kind culture, show how it powers our storytelling, and bring it all to life through events, social media, and special projects.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive employer brand strategy aligned with business and talent goals, capturing the uniqueness of our culture and storytelling
- Build and maintain a strong external brand presence that both resonates with professional talent (Artist / Animation), and invites broader audiences / fan bases to engage with and learn about our studio
- Partner with internal stakeholders - including but not limited to Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Production, Executives, Skydance Marketing, and Paramount - to ensure brand alignment across teams while carving out a distinct voice for Skydance Animation within the larger company ecosystem
- Drive innovative social media strategy and execution across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
- Produce compelling content and campaigns that showcase employee stories, company culture, and our workplace experience
- Test, iterate, and innovate with new strategies, formats, and content to improve audience engagement
- Support brand presence at recruitment and industry events through booth design, collateral, and activations
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Creative teams to develop recruiter enablement materials such as toolkits, messaging guides, and brand-aligned training sessions
- Contribute an employer brand perspective to Skydance-wide marketing initiatives
- Create and manage a content calendar and prioritization roadmap to strategically plan and deliver brand initiatives, campaigns, and key communications
- Develop and maintain an internal brand book aligned with Skydance and Paramount guidelines
- Stay ahead of employer brand trends, digital platforms, and audience behaviors to ensure a fresh and forward-thinking approach
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in employer branding, digital marketing, or social media strategy - ideally within the entertainment, animation, or creative industries
- Strong background in brand management, public relations, and audience engagement across digital platforms
- Proven ability to lead and execute multi-channel campaigns with a focus on storytelling and consistent brand voice
- Excellent project management skills, able to prioritize and manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously
- Experience using data-driven insights to shape strategy and optimize campaign performance
- Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and photography, a plus
- Exceptional communication skills, both professional and fluent in contemporary culture and social media language/slang
- Experience building and developing high-end brands and intellectual property (IP) is a bonus
- Knowledge of or passion for the feature animation space, a plus
- Focus on feature animation brands, a plus
The salary range for this exempt position in Los Angeles, California is $140,000 – $180,000. The rate offered may vary based on the candidate’s location, qualifications, experience and relevant expertise, among other factors. The range indicated is for base salary only and does not reflect the total compensation package, including bonus, benefits, etc.
