- Partner with Design and Video on larger creative needs while remaining comfortable creating simple, timely content directly.
- Establish clear goals and KPIs for the ANA’s social channels and priority campaigns.
- Track engagement, audience growth, traffic, registrations, leads, and other relevant performance measures.
- Connect social performance to broader outcomes, including audience engagement, membership interest, event registrations, and other business priorities.
- Manage monthly reporting, clearly identifying what is working, what is not, and what should be optimized.
- Use performance data and audience insights to improve content, timing, targeting, and distribution.
- Connect strong organic content with paid amplification when appropriate.
- Work closely with teams across the ANA to identify priorities and turn them into strong social content.
- Serve as a guide with internal partners to educate on what works on social media and how content should be adapted by platform.
- Present ideas, results, and recommendations effectively to colleagues and senior leaders.
- Coordinate with agencies, and outside partners when additional support is needed.
- Bachelor’s degree plus 4-6 years of social media experience at an in-house brand or agency preferred.
