Who You Are 

You are a strategic and driven Director of Sales to lead our employer-focused sales initiatives. This role is responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy to grow revenue through partnerships with employers, benefit consultants, and corporate clients. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of B2B sales success, team collaboration, and building strong relationships with decision-makers in HR, benefits, or corporate procurement functions. 

Role’s Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify, engage, and secure new business opportunities to drive revenue for OnMed’s CareStation.  
  • Develops and executes strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth. 
  • Builds and maintains strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders. 
  • Lead RFP responses, negotiations, and contract close for CareStation deployment and oversee the execution of contracts. 
  • Supports the Go-To-Market strategy and tactical plans. 
  • Represents the Company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote brand awareness and generate leads. 
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Success, to align sales efforts with business objectives. 
  • Contacts potential customers using all means available including, but not limited to, telephone, technology, customer relationship management (CRM) software, et. al., to grow prospects into clients. 
  • Keeps abreast of industry developments and market trends to formulate sales strategies to drive product growth.   
  • Generates market interest and closes deals by executing and supporting activities such as projects, surveys, campaigns, teaching, site visits, and promotions. 
  • Participates in on-site product demonstrations for visiting customers when requested by management. 
  • Support sales initiatives through presentations, outreach campaigns, and product demonstrations. 
  • Actively solicits product opportunities, referring leads as appropriate. 
  • Engages in other growth-related activities when needed. 
  • Maintain and utilize CRM tools to manage leads, track sales activities, and ensure accurate data for reporting and analysis. 
  • Collect and report market insights and client feedback to support continuous improvement of OnMed’s offerings. 
  • Must be willing to travel as needed for work-related purposes. 
  • Perform other related role’s responsibilities as assigned. 

Requirements

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities 

  • Ability to cultivate and maintain strong collaborative relationships.

  • Demonstrated leadership, self-confidence, and initiative.

  • Capable of addressing moderately complex challenges and issues. 
  • Ability to effectively communicate the clinical and financial benefits of virtual care solutions to employers. 
  • Adaptable and resilient in the face of change. 
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and social media sites.  

Education & Experience 

  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in development, sales, or a similar function, of which at least five years were spent in healthcare or a related field. 
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships and drive sales growth.

OnMed provides a competitive salary and benefits package, including unlimited PTO and paid holidays. 


The base salary range for this role is $130,000 - $150,000 commensurate with the candidate's experience, and the role is eligible for commission based on our Sales Incentive Plan.
