Your Role:

As Director, Revenue Operations, you will lead our global Deal Optimization team, which provides Pricing, Proposals Management, Deal Desk, and Order Management support to our Sales teams. 

You will be a critical business partner to the Sales executives and leaders in all regions, as your team will drive accelerated deal cycles and maximize deal values, all while ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures.

In addition to your team’s processes and workflows, you will be responsible for the design, operation and ongoing optimization of the DealHub CPQ (configure-price-quote) module in our HubSpot CRM, and our Loopio proposals management tool 

Together with the executives and leaders on our Product team, you will design our pricing strategy, deploy it within our systems and tools, and enable the field on how to successfully leverage pricing in contract negotiations.

Responsibilities & Duties:  

  • Manage the Deal Optimization team of 7 people that includes the following functions:
    • Deal Desk
    • Pricing Operations
    • Proposals Management
    • Order Management
  • Continually review and optimize your teams processes, workflows, and tools to maximize efficiency and productivity, without compromising on customer service levels, leveraging AI where appropriate
  • Meet regularly with the sales executives and leaders in all regions to understand their deal optimization needs and how your team is meeting those requirements
  • Maintain and publish relevant policies and approval matrices to support contracts and bookings that are compliant with those policies and help drive company strategy

Required Qualifications: 

  • >5 years of people management expertise in a high growth environment
  • >5 years experience of working in an Enterprise SaaS sales environment
  • >3 years experience managing a Deal Desk team
  • Experience of having participated in a project to design and implement a CPQ or CRM system
  • Preferred GTM Tools Experience: DealHub CPQ, Loopio, HubSpot Sales Hub, Looker

Physical Requirements: 

  • If within 1 hour commute of Mountain View, must be in office 3x per week
  • If within 1.5 hour commute of Mountain View, must be in office 2x per week

Travel Requirements: 

Up to 2 in-person team meetings per quarter
