About the Role

We are seeking a strategic, data-driven, and systems-savvy Director of Revenue Operations to lead the charge in aligning and optimizing MoeGo’s revenue engine. This cross-functional leader will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to create visibility into performance, drive operational efficiency, and ensure that systems and processes scale with our growth.

This role will own the functional customer journey, from lead to expansion. They will work to support team velocity and customer experience across this journey by leveraging the right processes and tech stack. 

You’ll also be responsible for building a world-class RevOps function—owning forecasting, pipeline health, GTM systems, and performance insights—while acting as a strategic partner to the leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own, define and maintain a clear customer journey from first touch to post-sale success and beyond. 

  • Lead and build the revenue operations team, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.

  • Develop and implement marketing, sales and post-sale strategies, processes, and policies to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Oversee the administration and maintenance of Salesforce to ensure accurate and up-to-date data.

  • Collaborate with leadership to set sales targets, quotas, and monitor performance against goals. 

  • Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for revenue growth.

  • Prepare and present regular reports and dashboards to senior leadership, highlighting key performance metrics, pacing toward goals, and insights. 

  • Drive cross-functional collaboration with other departments, such as marketing, finance, and customer success, to align strategies and achieve common objectives.

  • Develop and implement processes for sales forecasting, pipeline management, and opportunity tracking.

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in sales operations and leverage this knowledge to drive continuous improvement.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or similar GTM functions at high-growth B2B SaaS companies.

  • Proven success in building scalable processes, systems, and analytics frameworks that support growth.

  • Strong experience with CRM and sales/marketing tools, particularly Salesforce and Hubspot

  • Deep analytical skills; ability to interpret complex data and translate into business strategy.

  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.

  • Strong project management and organizational skills.

  • Passion for working in a fast-paced, customer-obsessed, mission-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience scaling a GTM organization from $10M to $50M+ ARR.

  • Hands-on experience with marketing attribution models, funnel analysis, and churn prediction.

  • Experience rebuilding an operational GTM layer from zero to one 

  • Leadership experience managing and growing a RevOps team.
