WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You will lead a team across Men’s, Women’s, and Kids account sales in the West region, reporting to senior sales leadership. You’ll work cross-functionally with Product, Finance, Merchandising, Marketing, Customer Service, and Human Resources to drive aligned strategies, elevate execution, and strengthen marketplace partnerships.

  • 10+ years of experience in sales, account management, or related leadership roles
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training
  • Demonstrated experience leading large, cross-functional teams and managing key wholesale or retail accounts
  • Strong financial acumen including forecasting, profitability analysis, and scenario planning
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and build strategic partnerships

You will set the pace for the West. You’ll build strategy, lead teams, and strengthen partnerships that drive sustainable growth. Every day, you’ll connect the marketplace to the business—turning insight into action and raising the bar on performance, execution, and consumer experience.

  • Lead and scale account strategies across key partners, aligning to Nike’s brand and commercial priorities
  • Build long-term, trust-based relationships with senior customer stakeholders to influence decisions and unlock growth
  • Drive end-to-end business planning including revenue targets, forecasting, profitability, and scenario modeling
  • Partner with Product, Merchandising, Planning, and Marketing to deliver compelling assortments and premium consumer experiences
  • Manage, coach, and develop a high-performing team of account sales professionals across the region
  • Collaborate with Finance, Planning, and Supply Chain to ensure disciplined execution and operational excellence
  • Champion best-in-class account management practices that elevate retail performance and brand presentation
