The Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director, Project Management to lead strategic initiatives in our fast-paced fintech environment, driving organizational alignment, process improvement, and performance management aligned with the company’s strategic goals.

Reporting directly to the President, this role carries significant authority to make decisions, drive initiatives, and act as a key representative of the President’s vision in the rapidly evolving financial technology sector.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, exceptional communicator, and proven leader with a track record of delivering complex, high-impact projects that align with organizational objectives
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of high-priority strategic initiatives to support the company’s fintech-focused vision, such as launching new financial products, enhancing digital platforms, or scaling payment systems.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, ensuring alignment with fintech market trends, customer needs, and strategic priorities.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration to deliver innovative solutions that enhance user experience, operational efficiency, and competitive positioning.
  • Identify and address misalignments or gaps in processes, resources, or priorities that could impact success in a regulated and fast-moving fintech landscape.
  • Design and implement process improvement frameworks, leveraging methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile, tailored to the unique demands of fintech workflows.
  • Monitor and evaluate process performance, using data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement in areas like transaction speed, security, and scalability
  • Develop and implement performance management systems to track progress against KPIs, such as user acquisition, transaction volume, system uptime, or regulatory compliance metrics.
  • Resolve complex issues with creativity, sound judgment, and strategic foresight, balancing innovation with compliance
Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience in project management, business operations, strategic initiatives, or a similar function; prior experience in a Chief of Staff, Strategy, or Transformation role preferred.
  • Strong understanding of business process design, strategic planning, and cross-functional project execution.
  • Experience with business performance measurement and executive reporting.
  • Ability to lead through influence, with a strong executive presence and communication skills.
  • Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional initiatives with minimal oversight.
  • Ability to operate in ambiguity, prioritize ruthlessly, and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
  • Familiarity with marketing strategy and/or working alongside Marketing teams is a plus.
  • Experience working within or alongside Tech, HR, Finance, and Ops functions.
  • Background in transportation, financial services, factoring, or B2B services is a plus but not required.
