You excel as a strategic partner by engaging with leaders to develop roadmaps, short- and long-range priorities, support budget development, and the management of the end-to-end intake process. $112,800.00 and $288,100.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.

How you can make a difference:
- Excel at managing a team of approximately 40 Project Managers, and 3 to 4 Managers that ensures compliance through policy, process, tools, training, and governance, and engages with senior leaders to align across the business.
- Collaborate with each business department, Engineering, Service Delivery, Right of Entry, and others to deliver on time projects for our customers.
- Maximize efforts by conducting briefings and presentations as required to keep leadership informed and to secure decisions.
- Thrive in an office environment, travel infrequently, and are available for calls outside of normal business hours to achieve company objectives.
- Report directly to the Vice President of Project Management for goals and guidance.
- Be a change agent that thrives in a fast paced, evolving environment.
WHAT YOU BRING TO SPECTRUM BUSINESS
Required qualifications:
- Experience: 5+ years of management experience and 8+ years managing complex programs or projects
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Technical skills: Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Skills: Documenting, preparing, and delivering data-driven presentations. Effectively analyzing and interpreting data sets.
- Abilities: Demonstrated management skills by leading teams of program and project managers and the ability to build high-performing teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Project or Program management experience- 5+ years
- Project Management certification or successful completion of a recognized project management curriculum
- Six Sigma Certification
- Master's degree in a related field
- Leadership, prioritization, organizational, business planning, forecasting, issue resolution, relationship building and presentation skills.
