The Director of Products & Solutions for the Americas is responsible for defining and executing the regional product, solutions, and go-to-market strategy across Kornit’s portfolio. This role connects global product innovation with regional market needs, enabling scalable growth through differentiated solution positioning, sales organization enablement and empowerment, strong ecosystem partnerships, and high-impact commercial execution.

The position serves as a strategic bridge between product, marketing, service and sales—translating market insights into actionable programs that accelerate adoption, improve sales productivity, and strengthen Kornit’s leadership in digital textile and apparel decoration.

Core Responsibilities

1. Strategic Marketing, Products & Solution Direction

  • Define and lead regional product and solutions strategy aligned with global priorities and market opportunities
  • Drive New Product Introduction (NPI) readiness and commercialization across segments and applications
  • Develop and expand a differentiated solutions ecosystem, including strategic partners that enhance Kornit’s end-to-end offering
  • Establish thought leadership in digital production, on-demand manufacturing, and modern supply chain models
  • Provide strategic direction to marketing on positioning, messaging, and segment prioritization
  • Continuously assess market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to inform roadmap evolution

2. Sales Enablement & Productivity Acceleration

  • Design and deploy high-impact sales programs to drive pipeline creation and conversion
  • Lead development of sales enablement tools, including value propositions, TCO models, competitive frameworks, and ROI narratives
  • Build and scale sample programs and experiential selling tools that demonstrate Kornit’s differentiation
  • Develop and deliver training initiatives to improve technical expertise and commercial effectiveness across the sales organization
  • Drive competitive intelligence efforts to strengthen field positioning and win rates

3. Go-to-Market Execution & Growth Programs

  • Lead go-to-market strategy and execution across key segments and applications
  • Develop and implement integrated campaigns and programs that drive demand generation and market penetration
  • Oversee event strategy, including trade shows, customer engagements, and industry thought leadership platforms
  • Manage installed base strategy, including upgrade pathways, technology refresh programs, and lifecycle optimization
  • Align cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and effective execution of GTM initiatives

4. Portfolio & Lifecycle Management

  • Own regional product lifecycle management, ensuring successful introduction, growth, and end-of-life transitions
  • Define and evolve the DTG and solutions portfolio roadmap based on market needs and application opportunities
  • Partner with global product teams and external partners to influence future product development
  • Ensure all product marketing deliverables are executed with excellence across the lifecycle

This role plays a critical part in accelerating Kornit’s growth by ensuring the right products, solutions, and programs are brought to market with clarity, differentiation, and commercial effectiveness—enabling customers to transition to scalable, on-demand digital production.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 5-10+ years of leadership experience in product management, category management, marketing, business development, or sales
  • Salary Range: $150,000–$235,000, based on the candidate's experience, skills, and overall qualifications. 
  • Strong knowledge of apparel decoration and digital textile printing markets, including customer applications and trends
  • Deep understanding of textile inkjet technologies and production workflows
  • Proven experience in segment strategy, application development, and market expansion
  • Experience leading go-to-market initiatives, campaigns, and large-scale industry events
