Lead rapid iteration cycles informed by creative feedback, production demands, and evolving technology—maintaining competitive advantage in the market.

Hands-on experience working with open-source AI models and production-oriented systems including node- or graph-based workflows such as ComfyUI.

Advanced Python proficiency for automation, workflow orchestration, and internal tool development.
Strong working knowledge of software development concepts sufficient to collaborate deeply with engineering teams and evaluate implementation tradeoffs.
Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable guidance for non-technical creative and executive stakeholders.
Experience driving adoption and change management for new tools and workflows within large studio or enterprise creative environments.
Experience working within an innovation lab or applied R&D organization embedded directly in live productions.
Demonstrated success partnering across creative, engineering, innovation, and enterprise technology organizations to deliver tools that shape externally visible content.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Film, Visual Effects, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
