About the role
The Director of Platform at PebblePost ensures our platform and channel extensions products build upon, remain innovative, effective, and responsive to market needs.
You will own the automation strategy roadmap, and explore approaches to bring the value of PebblePost’s performance to all of our channels using GenAI and Large Language Models (LLM). You will help optimize a more intuitive, AI-curated platform that can scale to any target persona, bringing hyper-personalized audiences to sophisticated brands. This requires scaling agentic workflows and MCP servers that drive an API-first approach into an Agent-first methodology.
This position reports to the SVP of Product.
You will:
- Lead the construction of the PebblePost platform with focus on workflow automation to deliver performance to our Brands
- Discover “the why” in the marketplace that leads us to impactful, in-demand solutions
- Monitor and analyze product performance such as usage and user adoption, user feedback, and performance against market expectations
- Infuse AI into the PebblePost platform unlocking unique insights and driving value for our internal and external customers
- Identify areas for improvement and optimize existing products
- Help drive increased modularization of a legacy codebase to scale enhanced A/B testing
- Partner with Sales, Customer Operations, Marketing, Engineering and Data Science teams to gather input and communicate product updates
- Share the product vision and strategy to ensure alignment across the organization
- Manage the entire product lifecycle, from concept to end-of-life, ensuring our products continue to evolve
You have:
- 8+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in a platform, infrastructure, or automation-focused role
- Worked at a SaaS, AdTech, MarTech, or data platform company
- Experience in building agentic workflows or supporting MCP server tooling projects
- Balanced technical depth with business strategy, meaning you can speak both “API” and “ROI.”
- Have design experience and led UX/UI best practices during implementation
- A proven track record of leading platform or API-based products that support multiple internal and external customers.
- Strong understanding of data pipelines, integrations, and automation technologies.
- Demonstrated experience building tooling, integrations and workflows in a platform to support performance products, prior experience with data platform integrations a plus (e.g. Salesforce, LiveIntent, Shopify, etc.)
- Used data to drive your decisions on product construction as well as product effectiveness, and have constructed data dashboards to continuously monitor performance and understand user behavior
- Communicated complex business cases for product expansion including market sizing, SWOT, and right-to-win to an audience spanning junior resources, non-technical teams and the C-Suite

The salary range is a reasonable estimate based on aggregate data for all US locations. Any offered salary is determined by a wide range of factors including but not limited to; candidate location, cost of labor, market data/ranges, internal equity, internal salary ranges, applicant’s skills, prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology, for example).
Salary range: Low: $185,000 - High: $210,000
