Who You Are


  • Strategic leader with deep experience in product marketing for SaaS and/or ecommerce technology.
  • Excellent communicator who can craft compelling product narratives that resonate with buyers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Data-driven decision maker who uses research, analytics, and customer insights to shape positioning and go-to-market strategies.
  • Cross-functional collaborator who works seamlessly with Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partner teams.
  • Tactical executor who can translate strategic direction into scalable product launch plans, sales enablement tools, and market differentiation.

What You’ll Do


As Director of Product Marketing, you will own the product marketing strategy for Athos Commerce’s products. You will define and communicate compelling positioning, drive go-to-market planning and execution, and support product launches that accelerate adoption, revenue growth, and competitive differentiation.  You will drive competitive intelligence, win/loss analysis and positioning with analysts, all while ensuring sales and customer success have what they need to close new deals and drive expansion and upsell/cross-sell with customers. You will also work closely with the demand gen team to drive campaign messaging and serve as a thought leader for program execution. Partnering closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Partner, Enablement and Marketing teams is crucial for success.


  • Lead product positioning, messaging, and value proposition development for Athos products.
  • Design and execute go-to-market plans for product launches, feature releases, and vertical initiatives.
  • Craft customer-focused content including sales tools, pitch decks, one-sheets, talking points, demos, case studies, whitepapers, and thought leadership.
  • Enable sales and customer teams with training, competitive intelligence, battle cards, and deal support materials.
  • Analyze market trends, buyer needs, and competitive dynamics to inform strategy and product narratives.
  • Manage Athos submission in analyst benchmark reports and participate in briefings.
  • Manage pricing and packaging of products ensuring competitive models, price points and alignment to target margins.
  • Measure and optimize the impact of product marketing programs through qualitative and quantitative feedback.

How You Will Succeed


  • Drive adoption and pipeline acceleration with differentiated messaging that clearly communicates product value.
  • Build alignment across Product, GTM, and executive teams on product narratives and launch execution.
  • Equip sales and customer teams with the assets, training, and insights needed to win and retain business.
  • Continuously refine positioning and launch approaches based on customer feedback and market shifts.
  • Elevate Athos Commerce’s presence in the ecommerce and Martech landscape through strong product thought leadership.


What We're Looking For


  • 8+ years of product marketing experience in SaaS, ecommerce tech, or analogous B2B software environment.
  • Demonstrated success leading product launches and go-to-market strategies that drive measurable business impact.
  • Deep understanding of ecommerce technology trends, customer problems, and competitive landscapes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong storytelling ability.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, Partner and Customer Success teams.
