Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Product Marketing Strategy
- Lead the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for new wireless products, rate plans, value added service programs, and features.
- Develop and maintain competitive product positioning that builds on the creativity
- Collaborate with product, channels, pricing, brand marketing and care teams to align product initiatives with customer needs.
- Product Launches & Lifecycle Management
- Bring creativity and a challenger mentality to build on the disruptive plans for Boost Mobile.
- Own cross-functional launch planning and readiness across internal and external channels.
- Integrate marketing plans for product rollouts including messaging, creative briefs, and promotional strategies that align to brand marketing and consumer value propositions.
- Monitor product performance, customer feedback, and industry trends to optimize positioning and features.
- Market & Customer Insights
- Use data and research to uncover insights about customer behavior, preferences, and usage.
- Translate insights into actionable marketing strategies to improve acquisition and retention.
Skills, Experience and Requirements
- 8+ years of product marketing experience, with at least 3 years in product marketing for technology, consumer electronics, or subscription-based services.
- Strong understanding of wireless industry dynamics, including product, pricing, and competitive positioning.
- Proven track record successfully launching consumer-facing products and managing GTM processes.
- Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
