We are looking for a Sr. Director/Director of Product Marketing to lead Elation's product marketing function and continue to build out the function and its capabilities. We need an excellent leader, people manager and diplomat who can partner across teams to establish processes and programs that create value for all stakeholders. 

Role and Responsibilities
  • Partner closely with Product Management to understand the product strategy and develop messaging frameworks that support compelling thought leadership content, differentiated value messaging and powerful customer stories.
  • Develop and implement successful go-to-market strategies and processes for product and feature-level introduction for customers and prospects.
  • Drive governance process on product packaging and pricing. 
  • Lead cross-channel marketing campaigns into our customer base to reach product penetration and sales goals.
  • Keep a steady pulse on our industry, market, and competition.
  • Create processes and templates that enable the team to deliver, and maintain,  consistent, up-to-date competitor profiles, SWOTs, and comparisons for use across the organization.
  • Enable Sales and Customer Success to communicate the value, product positioning, and differentiation messaging that supports the selling process.
  • Work with Marketing to create internal and external training tools—including user guides, help articles, videos, sales slicks, and talking points—for every product release.
  • Query and compile data from multiple sources, such as Salesforce, Google Analytics, and internal databases to generate reports, dashboards, and analyses that support the business’s ability to monitor product usage, adoption, churn rates, and other metrics.
  • Evaluate, recommend, and own product marketing-related processes, platforms, and tools that’ll scale with business growth.
  • Define top-down market opportunity for new products.
  • Deliver succinct, executive-level presentations to Elation Health leadership informing them on  research, launch results, and strategies.
  • Provide strategic support to demand generation, corporate marketing, partnership, and the sales teams across Elation Health’s product and prospects.
  • Lead team of Product Marketers to deliver high-quality work and develop professionally.
Professional Qualifications
  • Exceptional communication skills and proven ability to partner with, lead, and influence key stakeholders across the company in a remote environment.
  • Relentless focus on direct and indirect customer interaction to understand customer needs and pain points.
  • Highly adaptable and self-driven marketer who has the ability to navigate a fast-changing environment.
  • Strong analytical abilities to develop insights by combining sales and marketing data with data from other sources.
  • Must have the ability to create tangible marketing deliverables as well as be a strategic thinker.
  • Learn the Elation Health application inside and out and be able to demo our products.
  • Be a natural-born educator. Knowledge is power, and we’re all about empowerment.
  • Strong Customer Service skills. Effective communication also requires effective listening, so be ready to lend a sympathetic ear and offer reassurance when needed.
  • 10+ years of previous product training and/or product marketing experience in the software/tech industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field—or equivalent years of experience.
Ideally, You Would Also Have These
  • Experience working for a B2B SaaS company
  • Experience in healthcare or healthcare technology
  • Pragmatic Marketing certifications

Salary: $160,000 - $200,000/yr USD + variable
