THE OPPORTUNITY

We’re looking for a passionate, collaborative, and strategic Director of Product Marketing - Technology Alliances to own the go-to-market (GTM) strategy, messaging, and execution for our technology partner ecosystem. This is a unique opportunity to shape how Cyera brings joint solutions to market with our most strategic partners - across cloud, identity, data, and AI.

As the Director of Product Marketing - Technology Alliances, you’ll sit at the intersection of product, marketing, and technology partnerships. You’ll be responsible for defining and executing joint value propositions, developing partner solution narratives, and enabling our GTM teams to drive pipeline and revenue through alliance-led motions. You’ll play a critical role in helping customers understand the value of integrating Cyera with the broader security and data stack.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead the development of compelling messaging and positioning for Cyera’s technology alliances and integrations.
  • Define and execute joint GTM strategies with strategic partners including cloud providers , security ISVs, data platforms, and AI platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with product management, partner marketing, and the alliances team to define roadmap priorities, joint solution use cases, and launch plans.
  • Create high-impact collateral including solution briefs, demo videos, microsites, , partner webinars, and sales enablement assets such as alliance playbooks and battlecards.
  • Support field enablement training with sales plays, messaging guides and customer-facing materials tailored to joint use cases.
  • Contribute to partner announcements, thought leadership, and presence at industry events and partner conferences.
  • Analyze performance of alliance marketing programs and optimize for pipeline influence and revenue growth.
  • Represent the voice of the customer and partner in cross-functional discussions.

Requirements

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 8+ years in product marketing, solution marketing, or GTM roles within cybersecurity, data, or enterprise SaaS.
  • Demonstrated success working with technology alliances, especially in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Strong understanding of the cloud security, data security, and identity landscape.
  • Excellent communicator—able to distill complex concepts into clear, customer-centric narratives.
  • Proven ability to drive cross-functional alignment and influence without authority, both internally and with partner stakeholders.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, fast-moving startup environment.
  • Experience working with Microsoft , and/or technology integrations for Cloud/Data/AI security is a strong plus.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or technical degree a plus.



COMPENSATION INFORMATION: 

In addition to a standard benefits and equity package, we offer a generous salary. Final compensation will vary based on seniority and relevance of experience, location, and position requirements.

This role may be eligible for potential merit increases based on factors such as individual or company performance, time in role, and other discretionary factors.​
