Our mission is to illuminate and accelerate global work. We build Hubstaff, an industry-leading time tracking and workforce management platform for remote and distributed teams. We were early believers in remote work and have been fully remote for over a decade.
Today, more than 95,000 businesses rely on Hubstaff to run their operations — tracking time and activity, managing schedules and shifts, generating invoices, and paying teams globally. As remote and global work continue to scale, we believe Hubstaff will become a core operational system for modern businesses. We are building toward that future and are looking for strong product leadership to help us get there.
Product OverviewHubstaff serves SMB and mid-market companies that hire globally and manage distributed, often client-facing teams. Our product spans time tracking and proof of work, workforce management, productivity insights, and payments.
We focus on increasing transparency for teams, saving time for managers and administrators, and helping organizations operate more effectively at scale. Many customers depend on Hubstaff as a mission-critical system, and we are committed to continuing to raise the bar on product quality, usability, and business impact.
