Role Summary:
The Director of Product Management, Mesh will lead the strategy, execution, and lifecycle management of Cyderes’ new Mesh products and capabilities. This is a highly visible leadership role responsible for translating market needs, customer feedback, and business objectives into a compelling product that delivers customer value, and market differentiation. 

You will partner closely with Engineering, Security Operations, Sales, Marketing, Alliances, and Customer Success to ensure Cyderes delivers high value, differentiated, scalable, and high-impact Mesh offerings. This role requires deep understanding of cybersecurity from both CISO and Analyst viewpoints along with fluency if not expertise in ITDR, IAM, VM, CASM and SaaS-based platforms, along with strong people leadership and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Define and own the product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for Cyderes’ Mesh offerings and platform capabilities.
  • Identify market opportunities, competitive differentiation, and emerging trends across the markets that Mesh utilizes and is adjacent to.
  • Align product strategy with company goals, revenue growth, customer retention, and operational scale.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products and features on time and at scale.
  • Translate complex customer and SOC requirements into clear product requirements, epics, and success metrics.
  • Balance short-term customer needs with long-term platform scalability and innovation.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer by engaging directly with customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders.
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to support go-to-market strategy, product launches, pricing, and packaging.
  • Collaborate with Alliances and Technology Partners (e.g., Microsoft, CrowdStrike, Google, Palo Alto, Splunk, etc.) to drive integrated solutions.
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of Product Managers.
  • Foster strong collaboration with Engineering, SOC leadership, Threat Research, and Data teams.
  • Communicate product vision, priorities, and progress clearly to executive leadership and the broader organization.
  • Define and track KPIs related to product adoption, customer satisfaction, retention, operational efficiency, and revenue impact.
  • Use data and customer insights to continuously refine product strategy and execution.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Product Management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong experience in cybersecurity, MDR, MSSP, SaaS security platforms, or related domains.
  • Proven ability to define and execute product strategy in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Experience working closely with engineering teams building complex, scalable platforms.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.
  • Experience building products that integrate with major security ecosystems and vendors.
  • Familiarity with enterprise B2B sales motions and managed services business models.
  • Experience scaling product organizations and processes.
