About the Role
OpenLoop is looking for a Director of Product Management, AI to join our team remotely or at HQ in Des Moines, IA. In this role, you will be responsible for unifying our B2B and B2C AI capabilities into a cohesive strategy, ensuring our AI products drive meaningful revenue growth, partner adoption, and market differentiation. The ideal candidate is both a product strategist and a go-to-market operator—able to define the long-term roadmap while building the commercial materials, positioning, and integration models that unlock near-term results.
What You'll Do
- Define and evolve the AI product portfolio across B2B and B2C capabilities, aligning with OpenLoop’s mission and revenue objectives.
- Develop compelling GTM strategies, messaging, and sales enablement materials that accelerate adoption and revenue growth.
- Build and scale partnerships with healthcare organizations, technology vendors, and channel partners to expand reach and deliver value-added solutions.
- Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and customer success to drive product adoption, expand existing accounts, and identify new revenue streams.
- Guide product managers and engineering teams in prioritization, execution, and alignment to strategic goals—ensuring the roadmap delivers both near-term impact and long-term value.
- Partner with engineering, design, and operations to ensure successful delivery of AI products that meet customer and market needs.
- Conduct ongoing competitive analysis, market research, and customer feedback loops to inform strategy and prioritize investments.
- Lead and mentor a team of product managers, instilling a culture of ownership, accountability, and customer focus.

Who You Are
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
- 10+ years of product management experience, with 4+ years in leadership roles.
- Proven success developing and launching AI-driven products, ideally across both B2B and B2C markets.
- Strong track record of building and executing go-to-market strategies tied to measurable revenue growth.
- Experience integrating products into partner ecosystems and building scalable partner models.
- Ability to guide and align product managers and engineering teams around strategic priorities and roadmap execution.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives for executives, partners, and customers.
- Strong analytical mindset; able to balance data-driven decision making with intuition and vision.
- Background in healthcare, health-tech, or adjacent industries preferred.
