What You Will Experience In This Role:

As Director of Product Management for CAMP AHM, you will play a pivotal leadership role in shaping the evolution of CAMP’s Aircraft Health Management platform. You will lead and develop a team of high-performing product managers while driving platform strategy, modernization, and execution across a complex, mission-critical aviation ecosystem.

This role blends hands-on product leadership with strategic platform thinking, ideal for a leader who can connect real-world aviation workflows with modern SaaS and AI-driven capabilities. You will turn long-term vision into customer-centric roadmaps that deliver trusted intelligence, scalable platforms, and measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of product managers responsible for multiple product lines across CAMP’s Aircraft Health Management platform.
  • Define and communicate a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company objectives and customer outcomes.
  • Partner closely with engineering, UX, sales, marketing, and customer success to deliver high-impact, high-quality product releases.
  • Ensure product teams produce clear, actionable requirements and make data-driven prioritization decisions balancing customer value, business impact, and technical effort.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment and product readiness to support successful go-to-market execution.
  • Act as a product thought leader in modern platform design and emerging capabilities, including AI, machine learning, and natural language interfaces.
  • Monitor product performance, adoption, and market trends to identify opportunities for innovation, growth, and continuous improvement.
  • Represent CAMP in customer, partner, and industry engagements, including domestic and international travel as needed.

You Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business-related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 8–10 years of product management experience, including 3+ years leading product managers.
  • Proven success owning SaaS products through the full lifecycle in Agile environments.
  • Strong understanding of modern software platforms and development practices; experience with Microsoft-based stacks, web frameworks (e.g., Angular), and enterprise SaaS architectures preferred.
  • Experience or strong interest in AI/ML, NLP, or data-driven product capabilities.
  • Aviation or aerospace industry experience is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence across executive, technical, and customer-facing teams.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
